First United Methodist Church of Ada

I have added several devotional links to our website.  The first addition is found on the welcome screen when I added Oswald Chambers, "My Utmost for His Highest."  The Upper Room link remains there also.  Under the prayer tab you will also find, "Our Daily Bread," along with the "Upper Room."  Please use them to further your daily devotions.

The Singles Bible study on the Book of Romans will begin on February 21st.   The class meets at 7:00 pm in the Disciple Classroom.  The class is led by Pastor Don with plenty of help from everyone who attends.

There is no book to purchase.  We will be using the Life Workbook commonly referred to as the Bible.  We are sure that your understanding of God's plan for Salvation will be enriched by this study.  Please read the book of Romans before the 21st of February in preparation for the class.

Singles of all ages are invited to attend and enjoy the fellowship.

The purpose for the Foundation is exclusively religious, charitable and educational, for the benfit of the FUMC of Ada, its members, employees and physical properties.

Membership in the Foundation, as of July 2010, is an annual contribution of $25.00.  Contact Bruce Mauch.

Foundation assets are comprised of:
-cash build up then invested
-principal stock
-CD's
-loan to FUMC of Ada
Income is comprised of:
-gifts & memorials
-interest & dividends
-mineral leases
